Luke 12:54-59

(Luke 12:54-59)

And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.  And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.  Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?  Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right? When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, as thou art in the way, give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison.  I tell thee, thou shalt not depart thence, till thou hast paid the very last mite.

The accuser is Satan. Satan always accuses. Satan accuses through God's law. God's law means law. That is, they are sued based on the law (Moses' law). The accusation must have a legal basis.

The word try to be reconciled means should not be accused. It means "to be liberated from the law". In Acts 19:12, "So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them. In , the word "he left" was "liberated".

Also in Hebrews 2:15, ``And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Here, too, the word "release" means "to make up". It means to make it impossible to sue. That is, you will be accused of having the law, but to avoid being accused, you must be freed from the law.

There is a quick way to reconcile. In Galatians 4:4-5, But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption. of sons.
That is, because Jesus was born under the law and died by the law, God released those in Christ from the law. Resurrection is a resurrection above the law regardless of the law. Those who are in Jesus Christ believe in dying with Jesus and being resurrected with him.

In Romans 6:3-6, "Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?" Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

The way to redeem is said in Romans 8:1-4.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

He who is in Jesus Christ is not under the law. The demands of the law mean righteousness. Through Jesus Christ, God works righteousness to those who are in Christ. Because Jesus died to the law. When Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, in Matthew 3:15, "And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. When a saint is baptized, going into the water means dying. By taking away all the sins of the world, we fulfill all righteousness.

The phrase "the demands of the law were fulfilled through Jesus Christ" means "the one who is in Jesus Christ has the law fulfilled." There is no law in the risen Christ.

In Romans 4:15, the apostle Paul says, "Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. The place where there is no law is in Christ. Those who are in Jesus Christ are never condemned by the law. Those who say they believe in Jesus Christ and think that they must obey the law are those who do not believe what Jesus Christ has accomplished. Therefore, they are not those who are in Christ.
