Luke 12:1
(Luke 12:1)
In the mean time, when there
were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they
trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware
ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
Tens of
thousands of people gathered, but Jesus first told his disciples the whole of
chapter 12. The Bible says that in order to be saved, you must first become a
disciple of Jesus. In John 8:31-32 Jesus said, "Then said Jesus to those
Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples
indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 』It means that believing in Jesus does not make you a disciple, but
that you become a disciple only by dwelling on the words of Jesus.
The way to
become a disciple does not mean a life of dedicated sanctification. One must
become a disciple of Jesus to know the truth. The word “know” means “experience”. It means that Adam is ``one with the truth'' as if by knowing each
other and becoming one. ``Become one'' means ``the cross goes into Jesus.''
Then the truth frees the disciples from sin. This is the way to salvation.
Both
forgiveness and liberation are included in this freedom. Today, there is a
belief that sins are forgiven, but it is said that you cannot be freed from
sins. This is a contradiction. All sins before believing in Jesus are forgiven,
but what happens to the sins after believing in Jesus? To receive the
forgiveness of sins through Jesus is to receive the forgiveness of all sins in
the past, present, and future because repentance means that I die with Jesus Christ,
so the future sins die together. This is because those who are worried about
future sins presuppose that they will live and move in the future. Since dying
with Jesus on the cross is a supernatural faith, those who try to judge this
with human thoughts cannot receive the faith given by heaven.
